Hey Chandler, did you have any rubbing when you went from stock UCA's to the aftermarket ones? (not sure what brand you went with off the top of my head) I went with the LR UCAs and have chopped the cab mount and trimmed the fenders and liner, but am still getting some rubbing on the rear of the front fenders. I'm going Thursday to get an alignment and am going to have them max out the caster...just thought I'd check with you as I know you installed UCA's after having factory ones. And I'm talking 33's here...know your on the 35's now

Also did you dip your badges or coat em? I've been wanting to do one of the two. Yours looks smooth...as usual

I have Allpros uniball UCAs so you should have more adjustment than me. I was able to get rid of all my rubbing on stock UCAs and CMC, you'll have to trim your fender flares as needed. But your on the right track, just have them max out the caster they should be able to get 4deg out of the lower control arms.

and yup just plastidip on the badges did the job

So now with the winch I really want to wire up a winch in/out switch in the cab.... but through the spod. Anyone know of a decent write up?

Finally getting around to uploading some pictures from the trip. Started in Longview WA and went to Astoria,OR-Portland,OR-Crater Lake,OR-San Fransisco,CA-Los Angeles,CA-Joshua Tree NP,CA and finally Queen Creek,AZ Thats from Friday night to Moday morning. Didn't do much wheeling on the way, mostly scenic drives since thats what she wanted to see. Also picked up another rubber guard for the factor55 thimble since mine must have been lost in the accident I guess, and finally replaced that shitty @arbusa tire inflator with a quality power tank one. Cleaned out the truck today and got around to getting everything that belongs on the roof rack, on the roof rack. Still need to change out my fairlead, maybe tomorrow after a carwash.

Is the power tank one really good? I absolutely hate my arb inflator. Looks good though!!

Just filled up my tires an hour ago and seriously glad I spent the money on it. When it connects to the valve it actually stays on and will read the psi even after putting air in the tire (shouldn't the arb do that ), plus the hose is long enough to stand up and move around. Seriously fuck the arb one, it will only be reserved for people I hate for now on

Oh and I picked it up from sierra expeditions

I see that your sliders are 0-5 degrees. Do you wish you would have angled them more? I had 0 degrees for a year and couldn't stand it for a long time. I eventually re-did them at 15 degrees.

Mine have the angle of a 2x4 whatever that comes out to lol, I just wanted them to be flat enough to stand on comfortably. I could have had them angled up higher but I don't think it really would have mattered

Yea. That's what I wanted to, but having grip tape on mine they work great as steps still.

I was wondering if you could talk me through a rubbing issue?
I recently purchased the stage 3 Icon kit with billet UCA's. Previously I had a toytech 3" spacer kit with stock shocks with no rubbing, but now my tires rub at about 90% rotated in either direction. And I'm pretty sure I have my Icon coil overs set to the maximum height. Any suggestions? If I need to trim where should I start?
