So attempting to fix my switch connector I found that the pins that I was going to borrow from my other connectors are not the right gauge....fuck. Whatever so I figured I could just buy 18-20g pins and couldn't find shit anywhere on the internet, best bet was a complete connector for $20. Well thats $20 for 6 male pins that I need the rest would be junk.

Called SPOD and since I already dismembered my harness they can't exchange it for me :frusty: Wish I would have called once I broke it in the first place. But since I already want to switch out my switches for the double led ones I was able to get a new harness without the excess and new switches for the price of what it would cost to upgrade my switches anyways so thats happening now

So I've found a pretty good deal that would make my truck LT, Geared/Locked in the front. Only downside is its not the kit I want, its not the coilovers I want, and its not the gear ratio I want. But honestly I could live with those downsides but its still a lot of money for something that I may not be happy with

I don't know man.... I guess it depends on HOW good of a deal and how far off from what you want they are. I've learned to wait and save to do it right and exactly how I want vs doing it multiple times.

Thats where I'm torn, if bought together its a sweet deal. How far off is minimal since its still a +2 kit, coilovers are doable just not resi are the color is not what I want (I know, not that big of a deal) and the gear ratio is 488. What I want is TC race kit, King resi, and 4:56

Here it is, only posting because I'm 51% sure I won't buy it

Id pass. Alright kit, shitty coilovers, and the gearing is still only for the front.

Hard Pass, that's a shit LT kit and I'm not scared to say it here on the forum because I've seen and worked on them first hand. Nowhere near the same league in quality or design as the tc race kit.

I would pass on the front too personally, like you've said all along, I drove way too much highway to go that deep in gearing. I'll keep saving for new 4.56s.

Camburg doesn't make a +2 kit for us, their and everyone else's +3.5 kits are awesome for dune guys but that's too wide to run on rock and wooded trails.

I have WE front and rear and couldn't be happier. I ran fox for some time and went back to WE. But then again, it matches my color scheme that I like

Not sure if you noticed it but with the FJ front diff it doesn't have the electronic actuator like the Tacomas have. So wouldn't be a bolt in and go job.
