Anyone want to build a simple storage platform for me lol. I originally planned on removing the rear seats for my fridge and clothing storage but I need my rear seats for my brother and sister when I get out to AZ, so I have to figure how I'm going to have the fridge in the bed without a slide and low enough to open. The easy option would be buying a flippac for sale in AZ lol but I have to think pretty hard about that one

Drop the fridge off at my house and you won't have to worry:devil:

If it was closer to 4k it would be more doable but 6k is a push right now. I still have to pay tax on the new bike, get the old bike sold, pay for my trip to AZ and FL, so much money being spent

I'd want it in my bed as well. Although still not much room with 2 bikes in there.

When do you think you'll come through KC on the way west?

Maybe sell some of that stuff that you are hoarding in your storage. I know I need to start doing the same with all of the excess that I have.

I am selling the softopper, still have bed bars that I can sell along with my icon leaf pack, could sell the factory leaf pack as well, I'm sure I have some more stuff hanging around thats not doing anything besides collecting dust.

If you have somewhere to store it while you're out with the truck then go for it. Not sure which bike you're talking though? Just be careful loading them

Yeah I can store it at my moms house, only downside would be straight to AZ and likely only wheeling AZ and not UT. Not sure how I would get it there unless I removed the shell put the softopper on, loaded the bike in the bed with the softopper folded down. But I would need to figure a place for my spare and the usual stuff I keep in the bed

Not worth the hassle then. Just enjoy the truck trip

yeah it would be nice but lots of yeah I really don't want to go through the hassle. A small trailer would be make it more possible

Meh I still wouldn't. Keep bike trips and truck trips separate in this case

After talking to @Pirhett the other day he pointed in to a decent sleeping bag so I grabbed a Marmot trestles 0 bag from REI, so my sleeping situation should be good to go. Still have to plan meals, sleeping platform, and maybe a route.

37s will probably be a rush to get on for the trip, trying to leave the 9th of dec

Hopefully it doesn't come down to it and I get the wheels around the 2nd, mount same day, trim over the weekend and make sure everything is working good
