So I got the Meso ultimate dome and it’s awesome along with the v1 maps... great combo but of course I like many others needed more control over the dome switch. The dome light only has 2 positions on the switch:

1 - On all the time
    2 - Door trigger

Disconnecting the middle wire in the switch assembly changes that to:

1 - Off all the time
    2 - Door Trigger

Problem is, you cannot turn the dome on unless you also turn the switch at the map lights to the “on” position or the door is open and that switch is in the “door” position.

Is there a way to change the switch possibly by moving wires around to simply have the dome be:

    1 - Off
    2 - On

(Regardless if the map switch is set to “door” or “on”?)

Anyone here with Techstream able to answer this? I get my cable on Monday so I can answer it then if we have the capability of editing that with software called Techstream.

I was hoping this could be solved with wiring since we can get halfway there by disconnecting one wire in the dome rather easily.
