Change oil when warm or cold?

    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    People have and they have run oil analysis to be sure the oil was good.

    Here's the way I see it.

    Advatages of changing oil hot as in right after you turn the truck off.
    1. Any contamination in the oil is suspended and will be more likely to drain out.
    2. Oil flows better when it's hot so it will drain more completely.
    3. You're more of a man if you can take the heat...j/k...maybe.

    Advantages of changing it cold.
    1. You don't get burned or get a chance to prove your manhood.

    I've done it both ways but always feel better after changing it hot for obvious reasons.
