anybody ever changed these out before? My '01 had one finally break and I bought a cheap set of OEMs. The frikkin phillips on both sides are seized up tighter than a Dick's hat band. I tried to Hulk them both but no joy. Any advice?

You need a Phillips bit that will fit a socket and use a ratchet or can try a right angle screwdriver.

also, many automotive sold screwdrivers can be put inside a deep socket for extra torque

No recommendation of a little Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster first?

most of those bolts cover any avenue of entry for penetrants cause they're flat and against the face of the opening. no point.
