    So I just measured

on the ground hub to fender is 23” passenger and 22.5” driver

jacked off the ground measurements are 25.75” passenger and 22.25” (ish) driver

This would mean I’m at 2.75” of travel?

After I got my upper control arms, I got an alignment but they didn’t give me the numbers. Just eyeballing it, it looks like I have some positive Camber on both sides as well, could this be something?

Also, I haven’t had my wheels balanced since I got them like a year ago, and of course it was by Wally World so they seem kind of loose (I can slightly move the weights if I push on them. Here are some pics below

Alignment won't change the suppleness of the ride as much as you want it to, just help the truck track straighter (and obviously help with tire wear and if properly castered - drive easier).

With no weight in the truck and learning you have the RXT in the rear, your whole truck is oversprung. Front springs are about 100lbs too stiff and the RXT is not happy unloaded. I do not miss my RXT packs at all.

Gotcha, thank you. Even with the Icon pack on the 1st option which is supposedly for no weight? So do you think adding weight (like 220ish pounds in the front and like 100lbs in the rear would help out or is it just past that point and I should change out the suspension?

The only issue I have noticed once going with the RXT packs is the squeaking when they get slightly dirty especially on all of the dirt roads I go on. A little fluid film to the bushing helps for a month or so but there's just so much dirt it's not worth it sometimes.

I appreciate all of your help!

That would certainly be a step in the right direction if that's your plan. Your springs are beefed up enough to support skids, sliders and bumpers without much problem. Some weight will certainly calm down the stiffness.

Are you sure your driver at full droop is 22.25"? Both sides should be identical. Both of mine are 25.5". Otherwise, it all looks good.

To be honest, when I first jacked it up, I couldn't get the other tire off the ground because it was at a weird angle. I just went out and measured a couple more times and got both sides off the ground so it's roughly at 25.5" on both sides. Sorry should have gotten more accurate info.

Are your lower coil spring perches installed correctly? I recall there being an instance or two on here where they had them flipped and it was creating a terrible ride. Just another thing to double check.

I believe so, I had them assembled by Wheelers Offroad when I purchased them. Here’s some pics
