Hi guys, just got my Tacoma a few weeks ago. Was planning on changing all gear boxes including auto.

Front, rear and transfer all look like they have been change recently (maybe when frame was swapped).

Leads me too transmission, pulled a small sample and it doesn't look to bad, definitely doesn't have 130k in it.

What do you think, change it anyways?

I think it's impossible to tell you anything by looking at it. If in doubt and you plan on keeping this vehicle, change it.
