They will rotate your tires and check your floor mats every 5k miles for free.

You get two free oil changes in that first 25k miles/24 months. They recommend a 10k interval for oil changes.

The only way they do oil changes every 5k miles is if you pay for the extra ones.

I'm located in Texas so it must be different in your state. Even my manual says 5k

Read your manual again. Then read ToyotaCare.

They recommend 5k intervals for tire rotations. 10k for oil. You get 5 free rotations and general inspections and two oil changes. It doesn’t vary by state.

You get factory recommended services free for 2 years or 25k miles based on the service intervals in your owners manual. Factory oil change interval is 10K miles. You get two free oil changes.

I just looked in my maintenance log and under 5k or 6 months under additional maintenance items for special operating condition it does say change at 5k or 6 months. So I will get them to change it at 5k or 6 months

I doubt any of that additional maintenance will be done free of charge. But hey, if you can get them to do it for free report back!

Like I said when I bought my truck in march this year it comes with 2 year 20k miles they service oil and rotate tires and such. I have it in writing so I suspect where ur at they just dont want to take of you like they said. You might even be able to go the website and see it on there as well. Even my last truck 2010 came with free oil changes every 5k and I bought that truck in New Mexico

    Nice try, but no.

Look at the 2nd page of the brochure I linked to. It shows you in pretty pictures what they pay for at each service interval. You get an oil change at 10 and 20k miles. That's it.

Then skip down to the fine print where it says it specifically excludes items listed in the special/severe operating conditions. Page 2 note 1.

I got 5k free oil changes for two years on my last Tacoma, but that was because it used conventional oil. Not synthetic like these newer ones use.

The oil change interval on the 2010 is every 5k miles. The 2020 is every 10k miles.

    Yes
I went there once had them hack up my wheels while putting new tires on not sure how they managed that. I’ve waited 2 hours to get an oil change with an appointment. Rather do it myself in 15 min. My truck won’t ever be back to the dealer. I completely agree with you. With the volume they see not gonna let the guy they have do oil changes and tire rotations lay a finger on my truck I paid 40k for.

Hey, just call your dealer tomorrow and ask. Then you'll know for sure. But, I suggest you be prepared to be disappointed. But, I wish you the best.

It would be a good idea to document any service you do. Save receipts, take photos, etc. Just because you SAY you changed the oil doesn't mean you did.
