Changed AC components, light still blinks

    Did you check the continuity of the wires going to the compressor? A relay can work fine but if you have high resistance or an open in the harness it won't matter. Seeing that you replaced the compressor assembly already won't ask about the ground on the coil.

    I did not. If the amplifier doesn't work, I'll move onto wiring. Tracing shorts in wiring is something I hate doing. I just never got that proficient at it.

    It was the amplifier, Toyota part 88650-04030. It's located behind the glove box, upwards and towards the center of the open area behind the glove box. I had to unbolt the ECU bracket to access the bolt that holds the amplifier, then I used a small 10mm ratcheting wrench to get the bolt off. Bit of a pain to squeeze my hand up there.
