Pioneer Radio, New rear bumper (that does not really count though). Going to be upgrading it more and more as time goes on.
Drained the radiator/ motor block of anti-freeze (2.7L). Filled radiator took about 1.8 gallons. Started it up with heat on full blast and added some when running motor up on ramps (raised front of truck), until there was no air coming out. There is no heat coming out of the vents at all, it is cold air. Also big top hose from radiator to motor is warm/ hot, where as the big radiator hose from bottom of radiator to motor is cold. Also the hoses into the cab for heat are cold also. I ran the truck for 15 mins idling, and temp gauge showed 1/2 way for temp (where it is always at). I am stumped right now. Help!!

Sounds like air, burp the system.

Put the truck back on level ground.
See if you can add more coolant.
Start the motor like before till thermostat opens. Fill radiator more if I'll take it.
Put radiator cap on. Fill overfliw tank to normal level. Then let it sit overnight.
It may suck in more coolant and should be good to go.

Yep I just went out, before I saw your guys comments, started truck (still on ramps), and the level went way way down this time, filled it up again, no more bubbles, and boom piles of heat now! Thanks for the quick responses guys!! I was getting a little freaked out. So I guess what did it, was to run the truck for 15 mins, then let it cool about 30-40 mins, start it back up, and add more coolant. Must have leaked more anti-freeze in the system/ get the air out when it was sitting for 30 mins!! Either way problem fixed!

That’s good OP, but always fill fluids on vehicle on flat level ground.

I did fill it at first on the flat garage. Once it was topped off, I started truck, drove up on ramps (front end) to burp system, and add anti-freeze when needed. That is how all the guys where doing it. Either way my truck is back boys!! Going to let her sit all night long, and check fluid level in morning.
