I changed my cats and sensors on my 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4cylinder 2.7 liter and I'm still getting the below threshold code! Does any one have an idea what it could be or what I can do?

Did you disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes? Or have someone clear the original code?

In addition to the battery disconnect, also check your sensor gaskets to make certain they are in good condition and are sealing completely. The least bit of leakage will throw a code.

Yes the battery was disconnected. The sensors are new densco with new gaskets and were installed properly. It was also cleared with a scanner. It stayed off for about 250 miles then came back on. I made it threw inspection just in time. Now once cleared come back on under 5 miles.

What is the actual code number? Did you read any parameters before you started to throw parts at it?
