Look on the bright side, if ya do decide to part with you beloved, you can say hard to find Radient Red. I thought you were gonna Rhino Line the whole thing though? I seen a Jeep done and it looked pretty good ( wasn`t Rhino Line though, sumthin else I forget, Line-Ex maybe?).

I was only 1/2 serious, besides, what I want and what I can afford are two totally different things.

Deleting the RR color doesn't bother me. It'll make mine stand out that much more :)

What caught my attention was the new standard safety equipment. Would be nice to have, but I didn't care enough in the first place to custom order a Taco with them, so no big deal.

I'll have to keep an eye out for 09 owners that go with aftermarket stereos selling their factory one so I can have aux input.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the backup camera! My truck has a port installed Homelink mirror, so I've got half the new feature, but I sure would like a backup camera.

I would like that option, but I don't know how useable it would be on that small of a screen. I will have to wait to see what it is like after it comes out.

I just received my 08. I wish I would have known about the changes. I hope it is possible to convert the led taillights and the blacked out headlights onto an 08. Leather and heated seats would have been nice too.

Yeah, it's definitely worth waiting and seeing. I noticed a $100 aftermarket backup camera the other day when I was in walmart for other reasons. I didn't realize they were that cheap. Might be something I investigate at some point. I don't know of a good place to mount the camera though. The mirror is ideal.

That backup camera is exactly the one feature I have been trying to figure out how to integrate into my truck.

I have a JVC head deck that has HDRadio, MP3, and iPod. I can't find any other radios that have all of those options plus backup camera options for less than $600.

I'm not gluing an LCD to my dash, and most of the rear view mirror kits are ugly or do not automatically toggle on when in reverse.

I found this, but again the mirror is expensive.

Speaking of which, did anyone ever get a tailgate handle camera mount for the Tacoma?
