Hey 3eb, Would you be able to be a contact for group buys? I don't mean to put you in an uncomfortable situation, I just thought that since you work at a dealership you might be able to give us special deals if we can get enough people. My brother works for BMW and I know that the parts guys at his dealership have quite a bit of room to drop the prices on parts, especially accessories.

probably. Any (possible) change in HP is likely only on paper.

totally. I have all access to invoice and rebates. The only thing is with the 2009 changing up a bit there will not be rebates or incentives for a month or a few months. but i can give you the difference in msrp and invoice on the 2009 or 2008.. or any vehicle for that matter. if quite a few people are wanting to come in i can get them to get closer to invoice or maybe even at invoice if there are like 3 or 5 people buying at once. let me know.. !

I heard that the 09 is in production this week and will be out mid June but thats the best I know. I have an 09 waiting to be built in the pipeline already as I couldnt get an 08 changed to my specs, but I still have yet to see pricing for the 2009 year model.

I see they are adding Barcelona Red Metallic. That is the color I have on my 07 RAV4. It is very sharp. I have a pic in my gallery so check it out.

I had pretty much decided to go with a Tacoma as my first new vehicle but after searching around I found out that the 08s are already out an the 09s are on the way.

    Guess my question is this...

If I cannot find the truck I want now am I pretty much stuck waiting 2 months until the 09s are out?

I started looking about 3 weeks ago and couldnt find the truck I wanted and the request to change an 08 build was denied so I am waiting on the 09 myself. There are some changes to the 09 that sound appealing in some ways so I am looking at it as not a bad thing.

I would like to get my hands on the new headunit to put in my 07, the bluetooth would be nice since they can now ticket you for being on your phone while driving. Now I would need a new phone. lol. I just need the Mp3 plug.

I want to see these new ceiling mounted speakers. I wonder how much work it would be to swap them over.
