I ordered my bulbs for the instrument cluster yesterday but I realized yesterday that changing the bulbs behind the AC controls doesn't do anything. The plate itself is what's tinted. How would I go about changing the color to white?

I haven't. I ordered the bulbs for my instrument cluster. Not the A/C controls.

The HVAC control lights on my 99 have a green sleeve that went over the bulb, so changing the color would take a different color sleeve.
