Changing from15 to 16 inch Wheels & Tires?

I have a 2013 4 cyl double cab Tac. Can I change my wheels from 15 to 16 inch? I will have 5 lug wheels only 16 inch instead of the 15's. if so will I have issues with the back spacing and offset? And the TPMS as well? The bigger wheels will allow somewhat bigger tires.

I have 215/70/15's now and my truck sits rather low. Should I consider lifting a couple of inches instead? I'd like to gain about 3 inches in height. My lift questions will be directed I the other forum after I know what my options are.
