Changing plugs but should I change ignition coils?

    So it's a new to me 2004 Tacoma with 168k so figured I'd replace the plugs but curious others opinions on if I should replace other items such as the ignition coils and plug wires?

    The 3 plug wires yes if they are still the originals, the 3 coil packs no need, unless you have issues with them.
