    Just lost an offer on a place in Hanahan. Sellers agent is being stingy with information, and won't disclose details about the winning bid. Already under contract, and not accepting new bids so there's no reason not to. Ugh. Oh well.

    I wont get there for another month most likely. Weather at my current training base plus delays and backlogs. Also, most stuff that gets put up goes within a few days, tops.

    We moved from Summerville to Bluffton in 2015 right as nexton was gearing up. Can’t believe how bad traffic has gotten on Main Street in Summerville. Moved back to the area in 2019 and ended up in Ridgeville. The market has gotten worse and offerings are slim. They pop up, you just have to ready.
