    @ahspurlock This up your alley?

    @frankybones Are you trying to just replace with a new needle bearing or are you going to replace with the ECGS Clamshell Bushing?

    Sorry to intrude on the thread but since I have everyone's attentention :)
    I recently had my truck lifted and I am getting some vibe at low speeds and I guess the process of elimination would be to replace the Needle Bearing with ECGS Clamshell. Im still really trying to figure out of its not having issues when in 4 wheel drive I tested it this morning and it seems to go away when in 4 high. If I can get someone local to help me out I will probably have the carrier drop and axel shim on hand incase the vibe doesnt go away. It seems to be at lower speeds.

    @ahspurlock any guidance or help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    It's basically just a levelling kit. Approx one inch in the front (Eibach Springs) and 1.5 in the rear with headstrong AAL.

    Hey guys! Was wondering if there was somebody local who has done some ECGS bushing installs - I'd like to have mine needle bearing replaced. I work at an awesome dealership and our mechanics are all great, but I'd rather find a Tacoma guy who has done this install a few times before with this exact product to help take care of my ECGS bushing. Possibly have all drivetrain fluids done as well. (trans, front/rear diffs, tcase, etc.). I'm EXTREMELY particular about who works on my vehicles as I usually do all the work myself, but between work and life and this heat, I'd rather take it to somebody reputable.

    If anybody could point me in the right direction, I really appreciate the help. I'm in West Ashley. Thanks everybody! Hope to meet some of you all in a meet soon.

    Thanks for the quick reply, I appreciate it. I'll PM him - I saw a few posts up him discussing this with somebody else as well, didn't want to just jump in and say do mine too! haha.

    Yea I'm your local Toyota guru lol I pretty much do all the work at my house and you can ask around. I'm not the type of guy at a screw you over. I'll be honest and upfront with you in the beginning till the end. My clientele reaches as far down as Florida to almost Virginia Kentucky and they all bring there stuff to me but I will be honest. Right now I'm dealing with two herniated discs in my back. So currently my side work is not doing too well so I'm not doing a lot of it if any at all. I mean if you're in a rush there's a place local that can do it that I will recommend. But if you can wait for a little while and hopefully my back gets better I can take care of you

    Thanks J but I'm still working at the shop but boss is making sure I do light work lol even tho I'm the only one here that does engine, transmission, and dash jobs . So it's hard to keep me on light work lol . But yeah that's one reason I'm not doing much side work at the house if any at all

    Hope you recover soon man, sorry to hear that. But whenever you're up for some side work, let me know. I'm willing to pay well for good work!
