I don't know what the laws are up there in Penn, but here in Texas, you commit an offense if you operate a motor vehicle in a "public place" while intoxicated. For an officer to arrest you for that and any offense, he has to have probable cause. If he didn't believe you showed signs of intoxication like having an odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage on your breath or about your person, red/glassy/bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, unsteady balance, uncoordinated movements, etc, then he must not have investigated you for signs of intoxication. He could also have checked you for illegal narcotics or other chemical intoxicants if he believed he should, but if he didn't, you must have been OK.

Depending on the agency and individuals in agencies, your vehicle may remain at the scene, turned over to someone else, or towed. Some agencies have a form you can sign where the vehicle is left on the side of the road after signing a release from liability form.

This is neither here nor there but BAC, at least here in Texas, stands for "Blood Alcohol Content" which is what officers get from a blood sample and "BrAC" stands for "Breath Alcohol Concentration" which is what you get from a breath test. BrAC, since it is only an indication of BAC, BAC is more desirable for prosecution since a certain level of BAC is prima facie evidence the person is intoxicated.

I carefully measured the curbs at my Home Depot and determined the Tacoma should handle them OK

I'm not quite like Batman with the Batmobile, but a friend of mine who details my truck for me would probably say I'm close.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRmJKuIKdpw

My friend lives right next door to my boss and right around the corner from my work. There was a stain in my seat that just wouldn't come out, and my friend who details cars as a side business, said he could get it out in addition to giving my truck a full detail. I handed him the keys to my Tacoma for the first time in late August 2016. He got most of the detailing done, but it started raining before he finished. My friend texted me and asked if he could drive my truck to the local do-it-yourself car wash, which had 4 covered stalled. My friend is a responsible 30-year old with a valid driver's license, so I correctly assumed nothing would go wrong.

So, my friend brings the Tacoma back to Puck and proceeds to tell me that while he was finishing up my truck, a cute (not like a 9 or a 10, but cute) girl in her late 20s approached him and complimented him on what she thought was his Tacoma (She specifically said "Tacoma" and not just "truck"). My buddy, who is currently seeing someone, then proceeded to say it was his friend's truck and he was just detailing it. She then said she'd like to meet his friend (me).

Needless to say, I always go out of my way to use that car wash, and I've drawn more than a few second glances from pretty girls when I'm there. There's a sushi diner, a diner, and an Asian-owned nail salon/spa among other places in that shopping center so there is no shortage of attractive women (not just Asian) walking around at any given time.

This is a true story... With older women (31-45+), they hear me blasting a classic rock song or 80s power ballad they loved when they were teenagers on my stereo and come over to chat. With younger women (18-30), they love the truck itself and compliment me on the rims or the overall good condition of the truck. I've had guys compliment me on my truck too, but in that case it's just a guy whose impressed that someone from my generation (a millennial) actually shows pride in ownership. With girls, I think it's a combination of that and they actually like me and see the truck as an excuse to talk to me...
