    I don't blame the police. I blame the government officials who write the laws the police have to enforce.

    I also can't stand the "shooting fish in a barrel" technique (DUI checkpoints, for example).

    The thing is, the two times I've gotten tickets, I wasn't blatantly breaking the law. I fought both because I didn't think I deserved points my license.

    Even my dad believes the officers who stopped me in January acted rather inappropriately, especially the cop who wrote the ticket ( but DID NOT witness the violation). He told me that if I took the ticket to court, both he and the deputy would be there. They were trying to intimidate me into just paying the ticket.

    how many miles have you guys driven your trucks?

    i ask this because on April 11 2018 (first pic of odo after it was mine and no one else drove it outside emergencies my truck had 266,804 miles

    today it has 279,815

    doing the math ive driven the truck 13011 miles in 390 days (lil over a year)

    which equates to 33.3615384615 miles a day

    about 12,176.961539 miles a year

    Incidents like this are why ordinary people have a less-than-favorable opinion of law enforcement!
