Thanks for the info everyone. We will find something fun to do put that way. Another hike is in store by the way it looks.

If you are feeling froggy the URE backpacking/hiking trails are pretty good but you better be in shape as its straight up and down sever hundred feet in elevation the whole time almost. But the trails are nice. There is a trail around the campgrounds down by the lake that's nice and it's more of a day hikers trail and not nearly as tough.

Definitely nice views and several foliage changes due to the elevation. I made it but we took it easy and took a couple breaks, bring some snacks.

We ended up hiking alot of Mount Mitchell

I'm fat so too long of hikes in the heat suck and take forever. Plus we have a 3 year old I have to backpack carry when she "wants to ride" we may do a few small trails in URE. Any waterfalls out that way?

The wife carries the back with water and snacks. Have to keep the little one happy

Not really. Hit the trails by the lake and paid nice campsites they would be much easier in your situation

Thanks Eddy, but I think everything is going to work out to allow me to keep everything. Might’ve posted it all for sale prematurely.
