Although its seen a relatively good bit of business and population growth in recent years, its still a pretty quiet town...not much to do here. Not many changes around here haha. I'll probably try to make my way towards the Wilmington area next year if possible.

Anybody need spacers? I got these from @relkins0413 back in October and ended up going with Bilstein 5100’s. They’re on factory TRD Sport coils and factory Bilsteins. They’re free, but you gotta come get ‘em.

Good call on the 5100s. Did you stay with factory springs?

Yup. Kept the factory SR5 springs and put the 5100’s at 1.75” and added your 1/4” spacer to get me over 2” since I did a 2” AAL and 5100’s in the rear.

Anybody got any recommendations on getting some BAMF shock relocation towers welded into place on my truck? Looking to do a shock relocation with 14" Bilsteins!! :woot::woot:

Contact Eddy at SOS and see when/if he could do it. Otherwise @misdirection1982 knows a place that did all his work on the 4runner

Crap... I can’t remember if that rubber spacer went in. Are you talking about something that goes on top of the shock itself or the big one under the spacer?

I’m kinda hoping it’s just the bushing is too thin. How would I know the difference?

There will be another fat rubber bushing similar to the one in your photo, goes on top of the washer on the Shock side.

@Bannerman How do you take your shell on/off - do you have a hoist rigged up? I just got a leer - the soft top was easy on/off by myself.

I have this lift rigged up, when I bought it was 1/2 the price but I'd buy it again today at this price because it makes it so easy. Uses a cordless drill to do the work instead of hand cranking.

Awesome. That's what I thought you had. No issues lifting from the top like that? I need to install some rails on my cap.

I've only started lifting it from the top since summer, before I had some 2x4s with eyelets that I installed on the ends and carpet to protect the paint. But so far so good on lifting it from the rails.
