Here's the video it's pretty good this guy is a NASA scientist or something like that. Yeah our pack we have all the newer timing systems and stuff but the track is old and worn so we can't get them going that fast or use any of the rail riding tricks. Then at the District they rotate which pack provides the track and most packs have the newer ones like ya'll.

LOL. We are not permitted to do most of this. Axles must be straight- and are checked! No external mods on wheels, all 4 must roll on entire contact surface of wheel. Also no permitted to mod the axle groove. Also, nothing sticky on car- no tape!
Our car did not start off the line the fastest, but it always came from behind to win. Like shifting into a whole new gear. And I can assure you, when winning/loosing by 2/1,000 of a second- the graphite matters.

 

I guess that helps make it even but I have noticed a lot of the axle grooves aren't square to each other. We can't just because of our track. But polishing the axles and the tires are something we can do as well as squaring the axle grooves to each other.
