That's specifically for the buy/sell forum... Granted some mods have been enforcing it outside of there. He should be good here.

Made a comment in the yard sale thread it's discretionary since there are some guys who just create usernames to sell stuff and circumvent the rules.

You looking at the eco-diesel? With the amount of driving you do, that's probably a good option.

Sweet...now block the dealers phone number. They are going to call you at least 20 times in the next month.

I accidentally sent a request to every Honda dealer in the surrounding area for a TrueCar price the other day with my phone number...50 phone calls and 35 voice mails in 3 days...FML

They are still calling and texting me.

Do you guys know of anyone in the Charlotte or nearby area that offers BHLM and/or retrofit headlight services? I know there are a few people on the forum that do this kind of work but most are based in CA or FL and would require me to send my headlights to them. Before going that route I was curious to see if there's anyone within driving distance that performs work like this. Thanks!

Any info on Brown Mountain OHV area? Is it worth the fee two drive the two trails? We are headed to Mt Mitchell tomorrow to explore some and figure we could hit up that mountain if it's worth it

Nope.. the two trails are about as exciting as the 50 or so miles of free forest service roads a couple more miles up Brown Mountain Beach Road around the Wilson creek area.

Sorry to poop on your rainbow. Those trails are just basically rough gravel roads

It's a nice spot to camp for $5 it's decent to ride around at night.

Darn, thanks for saving me $5 and a few hours. Was hoping to scratch my itch before we make it to URE next week. Nothing fun to do offroad around Mt. Mitchell from what I'm seeing then

Not anymore..when I was a kid we took an oil filter off with a rock on an old Jeep with a newly rebuilt engine near the S Toe River off HWY80..There is still a place you can cross the river next to the old swinging bridge, but that’s about it!
