    I struggled through doing mine by myself with no prior knowledge. Its a full day with UCAs and leafpacks, or AAL

    Many good vids and tutorials. watch them, note the tools / sizes mentioned, and make sure you have those sizes / tools

    agreed with that. I swapped out a HD pack solo not too long ago, not fun. took about 3 hours.

    If I had a shop do it, what should I expect time wise? One guy told me 7-8hrs to be safe.

    Yeah you will need to leave it all day, may as well find a shop that does alignments too. As always, I recommend Lacy's.
