Time to call the city before it really messes up and causes a real accident.

Edit: I just rewatched it and saw that. Really not good. City could be held liable for an accident. Even still you are "supposed" to stop at a yellow if you can safely.

That’s messed up...especially when most people floor it through yellow lights instead of, ya know, actually slow down. Probably lucky it was a dump truck that can’t accelerate very quickly.

UPDATE (again): it was red, notice that it is the top light that is lit, not the middle. Just looks yellow, GET YOUR PITCHFORKS BACK OUT!!

    Doesn’t matter what they are.

I’m a “mom and pop” addiction treatment program and carry a $5 million general liability policy and a $2m professional liability policy because I’m required to by law and our licensure. So unless if they are somehow operating under requirements, they have the insurance to handle the situation if the need arises. Here, there’s no accident that caused damage BUT they are required to address any issues that arise (like this kind of shit) and if they fail to do so, I’d send that video to the local news along with any correspondence you’ve had that shows they aren’t handling things appropriately.

I think my OEM battery is about to shit the bed...voltage is dropping to 11.1-11.2v while not running, and it's taking two seconds longer to crank.

Is it worth buying an expensive battery tray and an expensive Group 31 battery, or should I just buy a replacement Yellow Top and call it a day?
