Well I was looking forward to finding and buying a new house, until I started reading all this and now I'm having flashbacks and suffering from PTSD when I bought my place 10yrs ago.

 

I personally can't wait to buy. Then again, I'm in a different situation lol

 

Buy a house they said. It will be nice they said. All I do with my free time is remodel the house and cut down trees . Can’t wait for the days when I can come home and lay on the couch and do nothing. Started priming the ceiling and the wallpaper is removed.

 

Looks like I found a painter!!

 

I don’t know how people can paint for a career.

 

I say the same thing. I'd lose what's left of my mind. Same with pulling wallpaper, scraping popcorn off ceilings. Oddly enough, I don't mind laying tile or grouting.

 

That’s why most painters are alcoholics.

with that being said, i need to paint my garage from an ugly ass beige/tan color to grey color...not looking forward to that.

 

I can supervise like nobody's business!! Just kidding. I'd help if needed.

Hahaha I cant drink while doing anything more than an oil change, I turn into more of a hack with evrey sip!

 

Boom. Hope this doesn't fall though. Guy that is buying my house doesn't have an agent so I'm a little nervous but fingers crossed there are no snags.
