Put a shelf with some “collection” on it in front of the crack and insist the inspector stay and look at the collection. He will nope out quickly, or I would lol

    “This is my Florida spoon”

Better off just putting a shelf in front of it instead of having a fresh “repair”

02 Tacoma, fixed with curse words.
Permaseal or US waterproofing is like $700 for them to squirt some foam in there and seal over it and the warranty is transferable. I looked into DIY crack fixing, but using them was a no brainer.

I did use some of that spreadable poly concrete shit from home depot on some smaller cracks that did not leak on the interior just to cover them up

It's not leaking, just looks like a stress crack. I do know that the downspout near that part of the house will overflow during really heavy rains, that probably has something to do with it. I need to get the gutter drains checked for clogs...that particular one runs from the house all the way down to the road, I'm sure a root has made its way into the corrugated pipe, blocking things up.

He could pile his unmounted Taco parts in front of it.
