    Pro's seem to be running around the same price as Trail Premium / Off Road Premiums, so that's mainly why.

    I'm getting so frustrated. Appraisal on the new house has STILL not come back. Appraiser walked the house two Saturdays ago, so we are coming up on two weeks and we have still not see the report. I just wrote Seller a check for another $2500 so we could extend Due Diligence to the end of the week......:annoyed:
