    Doesn't surprise me. I see it all the time because you can "take a loan out on yourself" with a 401k it's stupid. I really think we need a change in schooling to teaching life skills vs testing and information retention for a test skills. It seems as though it's getting worse and worse the amount of debt and financial hardships people create for themselves by making dumb shit decisions. I am on this high horse because I've been there done that got that t-shirt and it was rough.

VA finds out it’s a short sale based off the shoddy condition of the house, finds E. coli in the well, and the sellers REFUSE to close until their new house is ready to close. Sellers agent is a piece of work, but ended up eating the cost of the rate lock extension so the deal wouldn’t fall through
