The creator of this thread hasnt been seen since July '17. He came in all gung ho, he set up a meet, we ate breakfast, then he went mia. @SC2SC was there, was a breakfast meet down on south tryon.

Gave my counter offer today to my home buyers request for a $13,000 credit for the list of repairs (most were "make this a new house"). Countered with $5,000. As my lawyer said, thats generous and you will find out if they are wasting our time or not.

 

This thread was dead for the longest time, glad to see more local people here, instead of 80% Coastal or Upstate SC people.

I still don't know how you guys keep up with multiple active threads. This and the mountain biking thread are the only ones I really read.
