I really like it when it is clean, has a lot of flecks in the paint. It’s like a black vehicle though, hard to keep clean.

 

4xinnovations weld on. They are a hair short for my liking but they do the job.

I've found ONE GX with KDSS for sale...and it was in fuckin OH...I'm not buying something from the rust belt.

 

Who need sway bars n-e ways

 

Full bud built set of skids in Raleigh for FJ, not sure if they are a fit for GX or not but 900 for IFS, Mid, trans and fuel

 

Different because of V8

 

I thought the same thing when I had my Tacoma with the sway bar removed. Then I got the GX with KDSS. It’s amazing on twisty roads and around town. Then you still have all the articulation offroad.

 

Completely different chassis too FJ is based off the 4runner GX is off the Prado

 

Which is the same as the 4runner. V8 4th gen 4runner parts fit the GX. I am running 5th gen 4runner Kings on the front because of better reservoir location.

 

I’ll have to look but I think that’s not too much less than new. Bud is right up the road from me.

 

Hmm wonder if I can talk him into “delivering” aka driving them down to me in south Carolina so I don’t have to pay sales tax. Is he making a KDSS front skid yet?
