Suspension is quick and easy.

Heavier (at least compared to 4th gen 4Runner), worse MPG, more top heavy.....

But obviously I bought one and sold the 4Runner, which I only bought because I couldn't find a GX at the time. If I'd found a maybe a nicer 4Runner, like a Limited, maybe I would have kept it.

 

GX470 is 4740lbs 4th gen 4runner is 4555 5th gen is heaviest of them all at 4805. Not much difference in gas mileage. Gx470 gets 14/18mpg v8 4runner and 5th 4runner both get 16/19. GX has a lot more headroom but less shoulder room. I am tall and skinny so the GX fits me better.

Here and I thought those “December to Remember” type commercials where the hubby walks the wife outside to show her $125K of driveway debt were unrealistic. Guess people really do that stuff.

I can't figure out if that's some new form of work place corrective action. "You did such a shitty job and are so bad with money, here's an unreliable, expensive to maintain, german money pit that you, as an added bonus, get to make payments on. Try harder next year!!"

For real. I don’t make car payments for myself, sure as hell would sign up for them for someone else. Especially an employee.

For what it’s worth I financed my truck for 84mo but the interest rate is 1.49%...

 

I think Porsche is doing 144 month loans now. 12 years.
