But she has her eye on a similar one called a Mockingbird that is a clone of that except direct to consumer so its only $300.

Thule makes a good one as well.

We are due up for another Nuna Rava car seat soon. Shits are expensive. Gotta catch them on summer clearance or black friday sales.

:rofl:My wife has wanted a stroller with big wheels ever since the first kid. I was a valet/bellman in college so I knew how much they suck getting them in and out of vehicles so I never bought her one. With child carriers and backpack carriers there is no point unless you are jogging and my wife doesn’t jog.

The BOB we had wasn't that bad. But needed something different with two kids.

I think she sold it for $500, so really only spent $100 to get two years use out of it. They hold their value on the FB Mom market apparently.

What my grandpa did for us and what we are doing for my niece on my wife's side (long story not for here) is we are setting up an investment account. We are putting a few grand into it now and adding to it over the years. My grandpa set ours up so we could use it for whatever we want as an adult and he managed it until that time. We are going to do the same. I used it for a house down payment, engagement ring and other investments and have added back what I took out. Super helpful later in life! No idea the tax implications for people setting it up and you obviously get taxed on it as income as the beneficiary but nothing's free.

We said the same until she was a little over a year old. None of our friends with kids are really close, so she never had playtime with anyone except us. We went to the beach when she was 1.5yr and she kept looking at the other kids and wanted to go play with them, broke my heart. That was the point we knew it was time for another.

I have two brothers and my wife was the only kid. At first my wife only wanted to have the one kid but then she thought the exact same as @SearArtist did when my daughter was 1 1/2. They are finally starting to play with each other at 3 1/2 and 1 years old. Little man just needs to be a little bit bigger before we don’t have to worry as much about him.

I always knew I wanted more than 1 kid. My oldest is 10, and my youngest will be 7 in Feb.

Coming down here. More than it looks in the photo but I don’t think it’ll stick.
