    Bro it's not even just the truck. It's everything.

    These cock suckers at the stem cell place I'm getting surgery at are dicking me around, I changed roles at work a month ago and STILL DONT HAVE ACCESS TO DO MY JOB, GF's HVAC went out last night, got two screws in a tire last week in the BMW, after all this fuckery with the headlights, I couldn't get my bumper back on - so had to use a favor at the body shop, OH and my laptop from work all of a sudden basically started dying today, dog slipped her collar yesterday right fucking next to a super busy road and I nearly stroked out instantly. I'm sure there are 50 things I'm forgetting.

    You guys down here love Lowe's. Up north where I'm from we love Home Depot. I'm just more used to Home Depot.

    But who’s gonna randomly look up peoples info going down the road?

    I could think of a bunch of ways it gets you in trouble on a forum, assuming you can find personal info from a license plate.

    Scenario: Say I’m just lurking on this thread and you post pics of your new bumper. You say it’s going on this weekend after you make some room in the garage to work. Garage is so packed the bumper’s on the back patio, hope it doesn’t rust before you paint it, just making conversation with the group. Well I’m a dirtbag who lives in the same town as you with the same truck and I want that bumper, I know it’s in your backyard and I’ve got until Saturday to steal the thing. Get your address from your plate pics, Google Earth it to see where your patio is so I can get in and out quick, set an alarm for 3:00 am and now I got a new bumper. Never know who’s lurking on these threads or how crazy people are. I’d rather not take the chance.....again assuming someone knows how to pull personal info from a license plate.

    If a thief is going to go through that much trouble they are a professional and not an opportunistic one.

    I stock up when Lowe's has the double bags on sale. Two big bags of the 20lb each Kingsford blue run from about $12 to $16, and you can get a whole pallet of I think 32 bags IIRC in your truck pretty easy.

    Being on an open track is even more funner. Was lucky enough to know some people. Went to a private track day at Carolina Motorsports Park yesterday. I had my Miata (the slowest and cheapest car there :D), there were 2 Ferrari's, 2 Porsche's and a few Tesla's. There was even a tuned MB ML63 making 730hp/850ftlb. The guy that rented the track, I got to drive his Model 3 Dual Motor and his Ferrari 458 Speciale. Two very fast, very different cars! Both very fun. The whole experience was amazing as we could get on and off the track whenever we wanted. Even had an instructor with us the whole day. He rode with me after lunch and made me realize what my Miata was capable of. I got so much faster after learning the correct lines and speeds.

    There's a certain section of the track called the carousel. The first corner can be tricky. I spun out my very first lap. Then took it at 40 mph after. After the instructor's lesson, I was taking it at 50-60 mph!

    Before the lesson:

    After the lesson:

    @w.adventures You NEED a Miata!
