    I lucked out my parents were able to go and check everything out weekly. I actually think they went everyday at one point lol. I have pics of everything from start to finish and inspector i hired for peace of mind said they same thing. A lot of the other houses it sounded like they didn’t see the home until closing!

    Yeah I remember that from the >$4/gallon shellacking youd take at the pump during the first gulf war...

    1994 Suburban w 42 gallon tank.... would have to do two transactions unless there as at least half a tank.

    My Best Buy card is giving 3% back currently on gas so theres some small consolation.
