Awesome. I’m working out of town and limped my truck to the airport with the gas light on. The world was sort of, kind of intact when I parked the truck. Hope I can find gas.

 

Something about a semi convention coming to Raleigh. I hope people don't think they're going to be using up all the gasoline... They probably do though.

 

Just had full Achilles reconstruction surgery on Tuesday. Won't be driving for 2 months at least. Hopefully I don't get bored during my recovery and go buy a Tesla.

 

did they weld it back together? Pics?

 

I did stem cell surgery last year as a "non invasive" hail mary to get some relief but found out afterwards that I had a bone spur growing directly into my achilles so no amount of stem cells was going to fix anything.

Everyone says achilles repair is one of the worst, so I put it off as long as I could.

So far it's pretty good, had a killer nerve block and it's been 3 days without much pain at all. Won't see the weld slag for another 10 days. LOL..

Lots of local guys are more active on FB, no idea why. I'm old school car forum guy, goes back to the days where I used to get emails delivered in the mid 90's about modifications.

 

It’s a Warfab bumper. Not sure if they still make that exact one or not. Lil B’s hybrid would be the next closest in design.

It's the old warthog bumper from warfab. They stopped making that one like a yr ago I believe.

 

Time to get out the wrenches and ski mask.
