    1)I enjoy outdoor nudity
    2) Keeps water out of my septic system
    3) So I can shower your mom off between the lake and the pool while keeping her out of my house.

Big fan of IMS Mechanical Services, they are out of Charlotte though. Not sure if they will travel that far, but give them a call. They've been way cheaper than anyone else, and way more accomodating. 3 neighbors have used them with the same results.

Depends on about a million factors…

Fescue can do good but you have to be on top of it, it’s green most of the year. Plan on yearly overseeding in the fall to bring it back to its glory. The summer kills it off.

If you have a lot of sun, Bermuda is probably your best bet. Cons, brown from October to may due to dormancy, can really only grow from sod, absolutely will not grow in shady areas.

My yard is fescue, also shady, but has a few hours of sun in all areas every day. I spend a lot of time and money on it.

Should get sun during the hottest parts of the day. Lots of tall trees around. I don’t have a green thumb in me, and least amount of Maintnance is preferable

You might want to look at clover or fine fescue.

fine fescue is designed for more shade.

it will be tough to grow any grass there regardless, my vote is for clover or similar ground covering.

I work in all these rich peoples houses that have perfect lawns. All it takes is one phone call and a lot of money and I could have a perfect yard as well.

Call SuperSod. They are great. I have no idea where you are in SC, but if you are close to Pineville NC there is one there. They know their shit and their prices are great. I have bout pallets of sod and bags of soil before.

If you live near Charlotte and still need A/C work check out a guy I use that my friend’s wife is related to, Albert Mattar. https://www.andrewmatthewshvac.com/ . He does not just replace units he does repairs at a real price. I still have most of my original 2 heating/a/c units that are 20 plus years running thanks to him and his maintenance.
