The problem with most wheel spacers for these trucks are they don't have an access port machined into where the contact the hub face. I've seen some spacers that have a little pocket machined out so you can put a screwdriver in there, and pry the spacer off.

I had some Spidertrax 1.5" spacers on my truck initially, they were bonded to the hub faces pretty good. TBH I didn't think I was going to get them off. They went on when the truck was brand new, and only stayed on a few thousand miles. I've seen some techs use nify looking chisels to get the hub cap off, I think if I had one of these it would have made short work. I ruined a screwdriver instead.

 

I think @jkauf was the one having the spacer issue. Pretty sure he got it sorted out tho.
