    I like for my pine trees to fall naturally when it is least convenient. Like when you move into a new house and one is already down in the yard for you on day one.

    Day 2: used the garbage disposal for the first time. It instantly started pissing water from the bottom. Looked down there. Completely corroded.

    wife decided we needed a new faucet while I had the plumbing all apart.

    $400 later we have a new faucet and stainless disposal.

    Also, the tub is leaking from somewhere because the tiles starting getting wet when the kids were taking a bath; AND the softener tank is leaking at the bottom after the regen cycle. I can only handle so much in one day…

    buy a house they said.

    That sucks! When we sold our house in Colorado there were so many things that needed to be fixed. Their inspector noticed all of it but they only wanted me to fix the garbage disposal and some other little thing. Couldn’t sign the document fast enough to agree.
