Chasing squeaks on rear leaf pack - witness marks

    Rigid pod fogs, SpartanX stealth grill and hood LED's, 17" SEMA's on 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's, Fox 2.0 on all corners , TRD CAI, LEER 100XQ Blacked out, w/ Thule racks, and Cargo slider Flow master American Thunder "dual" exhaust, remote start, tint, TRD Pro grill and TRD shadow graphics, Alcan custom 8 leaf Spring Pack
    Driving in downtown Philly streets, the echo off the buildings, on these small streets of my squeaky Alcan leafs was driving me nuts. Investigated today and saw fresh small witness marks ( shiny metal) by the front and back leaf pack U-bolts that hold each pack together before the eyes. Spayed some lithium grease there and will try to snug these up.

    is your spare tightened up? i thought my leafs were squeaking for the longest time and it ended up being the spare being loose.

    I was having the same issue, sprayed everything betweeen the leafs with lithium grease, had to jack up the rear end to get em separated, has been noise free for 2 weeks now...

    Went over a large speedbump and heard it once. The rest of the ride was quiet. Halfway to a resolution...
