For $21 I bought a 3' X 5' (I have a 2010 with a 5' bed) carpet runner from Menards. Rubber backed and carpeted top. I have an Undercover so it does not see the weather. I have used them on my last three trucks and they work great.

I'm using a rubber backed mat(s) as well. But why keep them out of the weather?

Here are the pictures. It was $4.09 a foot and they cut to length.

The rubber mat I just bought from Summit racing was $49 I think. Don't have to worry about weather and looks (to me) just as good as the factory one.

You should have done a search on Google, I have paid much less than that for a original rubber one with Tacoma logo on it.
    Take care

I found one on clearance for about $25.00. It is a heavy duty rubber mat for larger bed that I cut to fit. The cuts are a little messy; but I don't care, its a truck bed after all. It does what it is supposed to do.

You can usually find outdoor carpet remnants (some rubber backed) at Lowe's or Home Depot that would be large enough to cover the whole bed. Cheap too, just need to cut to fit.
