If you've got a heavy truck (armor, gear, tires, etc) then it's a good idea.

If there was a winch. What he didn't need was a spotter/lookieloo for that "extreme terrain". :)

I saw somebody reinforced the area, bracing it with 1/4 plate steel i think. Over time it was pulling on the tabs where the main bumper mounts up, they are fairly weak and can be bent with a half ass swing or two from a ballpeen. if you are winching i would do it before the bumper goes on. lmk if anyone HAS NOT done this and uses a winch because i wanna know for future winch reference.

I ended up ordering the brace plates from relentless so hopefully I can use them. I'm planning on getting a winch later. I know this question has probably been asked a million times already but what fog lights are you guys running with this bumper?

Those pics don’t show the real deal of the terrain. There were two large/sharp rocks and a damn tree in the way, in a ditch, with flowing water, while the ground was wet from on/off rain that day.

@Nimble9 doesnt do the easy shit. He hangs with the big boyz.

And yes, good spotters always welcome. Jeremy was keeping the truck off the sharp rock on the drivers side rear. To bad @Nimble9 wasnt paying attention to his passenger side rear and and a nasty tree branch tore up his softopper on that line.
