My bumper is crooked as shit right now because it put it on without washers for the 3rd time it has come off. Come spring time im going to do the 1/4 plate reinforcement and restack washers for that good fit again along with a quality bedliner job. I cant imagine a washer or two would weaken anything, hey if it makes you feel better, use locking washers next time :D

Use mini plates as opposed to plain washers. It'll spread the load out more and will be stronger.

I just received my bumper but it's dented/bent in two places. Has anyone else had this happen?

Call them and they will either give you a nice discount or figure out a replacement

Use a jack to push the Bumper up. You can get the angle a lot better.

Did you do any reinforcement plates for winching been thinking about this bumper but didn’t know if that was recommended?

Have you winched with it yet? I’m really on the fence about this bumper, compared to an arb. I like that it has spots for shackles, idk if the arb needs frame reinforcement too tho.

No but I have zero doubts about the Bumper

The all pro Bumper doesn’t have re informants and people have been winching on those for years

Arb's are super heavy too and they are only 1/8 steel, just reinforce the mounting plates if you are worried. Costs like 50 bucks, have someone MIG weld it on real quick. The reinforcements like 1/4 steel with grade 8 studs. Sooo pay like 650$ for a good bumper or pay like 900+ for an ARB.

Are y'all referring to the frame reinforcements they sell online that's a total of 2 plates w/holes drilled in them?

My bad they are 3/16 plate, was getting them mixed up with a custom reinforcing job someone did in this thread. Think it was subzero

No we are referring to replacing the stock mounts with thicker steel

The reinforcement plates that you see on other bumpers won’t work on this one
