Finally took the jump and ordered this bumper! Called KO Off-Roading which is the online store and Will Called it at their Riverside, CA based wholesaler warehouse. OTD w/ Cali taxes was $574.xx, NOT BAD AT ALL. The biggest benefit - no need to worry about UPS/FEDEX friggen dropping it.

After an initial inspection, being a little OCD - I'll be seam welding some of the stamped metal seams. I'll post pics sometime next week....

AC Line modification NOT needed w/ 1" Body Lift. It's hard to see but there is a 1/2" gap between bumper and line

Undamaged - derrr, that's what you get for Will Call.

Also, the bumper is around 100 or so Lbs. I don't have a scale but screw picking it up by hand..... The Hyster is always nice to use, especially when you need to suspend it for fitment....

The only parts that didn't bolt up 100%. Easy fix, took a 4x4 and a jack - pressed it up to "form" against the frame rails and then egged the holes to accommodate the holes. Eventually, once I remove to weld the KORS reinforcement plate; I'll be upgrading the bolts and re-reaming them out.

I just ordered one but didn't order the lights as I think they were overpriced for the going rate of lED's these days.
What lights are y'all putting in the round holes & what length light bar fits?

    Great pic's! Thanks.
Any reason to not use round LED's? I like that look better in the round holes.

Worst case you’ll need to hammer those ears flat with a small sledge. They bend back easy.

I actually don’t think it would fit.

All pro hitch sits way further in than the old hitch
