I've abused mine, and they don't hurt the wallet either. Sure, they may not "see" as far or as brightly as the other guys', but I'm not "wheeling" anywhere that you can see in daylight further than a couple hundred yards.

If I lived in the desert or otherwise flat terrain, I'd probably sing a different tune and drink the Rigid kool aid.

Agreed my lights all work better than what I had before, Not a desert racer. I only bought this bumper because I was tired of repairing the the ridiculous white plastic sport bumper, which costs more to replace or repair. I live in a City where everyone parks by Braille.IMG_2538.jpg

So I ordered and just received my bumper. Looks like they have changed the design of the bumper to a 5-piece that you have to assemble then install. Not really a fan. Plan on returning ASAP.

If anyone knows anyone that wants to part ways with their’s please let me know. Thank you

Not a new model just a new design to simplify shipping. Main bumper peice is cut into 3 sections. Middle and the two sides, rather than one solid piece. Bull nose and side peices get mounted with hardware. I did not take any pictures because I did not want to unwrap everything and then re-wrap it for the return.

Isn't that how the OG AP bumpers were?

If it wasn’t such a pain in the ass to unwrap and then re-wrap the peices with the padding material they sent it in then I would be more then happy to take pictures.

Yes, I would imagine that it would look exactly like that. With the small seams between each peice. I’m supposed to get a call back from a Representative of the company. Depending on that call I might just install it and see if I like it or not. I will post pictures if that is the case.

I’m selling my bumper for $400 for any takers! No damage whatsoever, barely seen off road and $200 cheaper than on eBay! Located in Mission Viejo. I don’t want to ship because of the package weight and hassle! It has been notched and comes with the d-rings, and is also the old style 2pc. If you’ve been following the thread I bought this bumper like 2-3 months ago but I am going more desert racing than overland so I’m getting a pipe bumper fabricated to match long travel instead! If anyone wants to buy contact me only by text (949) 547-7435E05C9897-9D8E-4549-8CB3-0C92AF401657.jpgAD5DB63B-3A98-44F4-AAA3-8EC8ADDA88F9.jpg

Steel bumpers aren't for the desert or LT?!
