Good until you see AC fluid on the ground because you didn't realize the line was touching off on the new bumper...

Not the end of the world. I was taking a welding class around that time. Pulled the AC line, welded it and had the system recharged.

That’s impressive! I suck at welding, I’ve done my muffler and some little things on trailers. I would be intimidated to do an ac line!

I looked at is I was screwed already so I didn't have much to loose. The welding class was a tech school, so the auto shop class next door tested my welded line with a vacuum system.
I actually ended up doing it twice because apparently i cut a small clearance hole. And when I got my frame swapped the dealership touched my line off on the edge of the clearance hole and it rubbed and leaked again.

Need more pics of the damage. The main support may be salvageable with heat and a bfh at home or take it somewhere and have them straighten it. I doubt you’ll notice much integral strength change if it’s just truly bent and not cracked. I’m also curious where it’s bent because the mounting points should be flat facing iirc. It’s been a few years since I bolted mine on.

Anyone know if i have to remove the the skid plate and sway bar to install it? Didn’t get instructions with my bumper.

This is a knock off the All Pro Apex bumper, find and use those instructions.
You have to remove the skid plates and the two supports. The lower half the bumper mounts under the sway bar mount, so you'll drop it and they bolt it back up.

you may run into fitment issues if you've got a stock skid plate.

Can Confirm. Skid plates will NOT fit without heavy modification.

I installed the new 5 piece version about 6 months ago. Came undamaged, install was pretty simple, no modifications needed. I like that the bull bar comes separate, looks better without it. Used the bolt holes to mount some fog lights. Very stout bumper, super happy with it! I have winched with it a few times, no issues. Looks great, love this bumper!

Nice, looks good... Im getting drawn into the DTF bumper.. From what I've viewed they look to flush up with the fiberglass fenders.... But your set up looks good

Thanks! The fit isn't perfect, could be better with the sides where they meet the fender line, but its not terrible. Overall, especially considering the price, this bumper is great!

I love the look, would highly recommend. Especially if you don't want to drop 2 grand on a similar bumper. I kept an eye on it for a while and got it for $850 shipped. They have gone up lately, more like $1000, but still worth it
