To prevent rust..I primed and painted backside of bumper and the cut out/drill holes.
May want to do that while waiting for the wire to come?

What lights did you get? Post pictures when you can.

of course! And I already did some touch up on the backside of the bumper to present it for sure. Used some high heat matte black I had laying around the house. And I just got the cheepo nilight ones off Amazon for 21.99

can't really give you an exact quote as it is considered an add on item on Amazon, I spend over 25 bucks and you get these add on items and I got two spools of 25ft for 3.99.

Basically what i'm using on the back of my 2016. 2x 6inch single row mounted on the holes that join the pieces of bumper together(hangs just under the bumper). I wouldn't say they are headlight bright, but not far off....and for $18/pair shipped, they work awesome.

Other than heavy offroading.. Below bumper works fine too.

Flush style lights have a lip all the way around. Lots of room for error installing these..then the 4 or 6 screw holes per light is what makes them sit "square"

Do you guys know about a direct swap of leds for the stock 921 sockets? I bought the lights in this pic but they keep coming on and off. when i plug the stock lights in and then swap it they work fine for about the first 3 back ups then they start acting up. also, if i use 1 stock light and 1 led it works fine. any idea of what the hell is going on?
