Yes, I just got a small screwdriver and popped them off. You have to kind of be careful because there are little tabs on the clear lenses that can get bent and come off, but if you just use a little care you won't have any trouble. On the dome light there should be a small slot for the screwdriver on the drivers side. Then I had to use the screwdriver up in the socket to kind of pry the existing bulbs out (not on the dome, that one just pulls out). Then just pop the new bulbs in and snap the covers back on.

Hey PT, little update for the Bed Extender. Did add the metal cap. No more chipping from 8ft beams. And a shot of how its clipped on.
After years of abuse could use another coat of paint, especially after a load of gravel last weekend.

I was just curious if anyone has modified their dash lights? I am not a big fan of the orange/amber that toyota put in there and was curious if anyone knows how to change the bulbs on these? I am thinking about going with blue to match my headunit.

Just do a search through the forum. There are quite a few people that have done the dash kit light mods...

I just did the Mod to turn off the seat belt chime. I hav e a 2008 DC What I did not realize is that this turns off the passenget seat sensor chime as well which is great but it also turns off the passenger side airbag which is not so great.

I still get the initial 5 chimes upon start up but nothing after that

My Passenger airbag is still in Autodetect mode, even after doing the seatbelt chime sequence. At least the visual indicators are saying so.

Yes, it worked. My counting wasn't slow enough so I went up to 15. Thanks Longhorn, it's great not having to hear that thing.

it does not turn off the pass airbag. it is still sensored w/ the controls under the seat. if someone is in the seat, the pass airbag still turns itself on
